A Chocolate Legacy Born in Coimbatore

Co-founder Sibi, an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus with a lifelong obsession for exceptional chocolate, sparked the vision to build a homegrown dessert bar that would redefine indulgence in Coimbatore. Alongside co-founder Jeyanth, who brought the entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinking to turn that vision into reality, Melt & Mingle was built to fill a clear gap in the city's café scene — bringing world-class couverture chocolate desserts to a market that had never experienced the real standard.
